The story of my new irons was started in "What did you but this week" and the thread is getting hard to follow.
I was asked to give a more thorough review once I had a little more time with them.

I would like to hear your comments if you own or used any of the TM 7 series irons.

So let's get this started:
Fitted for and ordered on February 12
TM P770 - 6-AW & TM P790 4&5 irons - DG VSS105- R300
LONG wait and many date changes I finally got them April 28th.

Scramble 2 days later - I was impressed with several shots but could tell there was going to be a break in period...🙂
Two more rounds with no range sessions other than pre round warm up got me a bit more comfortable - no buyers remorse set in.

Yesterday,(3rd official round) I had more GIRs or on the fringe than I can remember in 1 round. I would have had my best score in 5 or 6 years if I hadn't 3 putted 7 times(couldn't make anything from 24"" to 32" get in the hole)😡

Current opinion of the irons - I love them!

THEY FIT ME!
They're good looking in the bag and at address
Distance & ball flight are consistent.
Way more forgiving than I expected - minimal distance loss on off center strikes
Better stopping power than I expected.
PW and AW have REALLY surprised me. I'm by no means a short game wizard but with these I almost look like a wizard trainee!
The lighter shafts have eliminated the elbow pain and I'm not worn out at the end of a round.
