Guys I’m putting this out there in case you’ve bought any iron heads. Check them out. Specs were pretty far off on most heads. You’re gonna advertise as a premium head the freaking faces should be flat!?!? I’ll be contacting them for a return!

colej This is inexcusable at any price. I've returned a set of Dynacraft Prophet Muscle Blades because the faces were not flat. This is the reason Golfworks will not check or publish MPF of Hireko irons.

Well, the 9 iron is reasonably close if you want it a bit flat. (assuming the face is flat). 🙄

Checking through the faces the 5 was the flattest and then got worse from there!

          That’s what I emailed them! A iron shouldn’t have a roll face!

1 of my bosses wasn't paying attention 1 night, while installing a new front door in his own house. He showed me the next morning... the diff between what 'expanding foam' would be expected to do.....& exactly what 'triple expanding foam' would do. 🤣He did this for a living.

Had to cut the whole frame out, that door would not budge!

Back when I had my shop Hireko and Diamond Tour where two I didn’t buy much from. I looked at them as bottom line. Now , other than Golfworks they’re all that’s left.

Par4QC Soooo, are you indeed confirming that when you cut that head you have open that ‘foam’ is in there? 🤔🙂

Someone must have found a 'cheap' foundry in China.....you get what you pay for!👎

You know, I've never thought to check if a iron face was flat, just assumed they would always be flat. Interesting!

Jeff, have another look, for me, if nothing else. When you put the flat edge on the face, where does the bulge actually start? It's not humped, in the middle, is it (on all/any)? Are the faces flat except for the last 4-5 scorelines (from toe/topline)?

My AW shows what I just described, flat from leading edge to 5th line down at toe, and has got me wondering if they are not, in fact, supposed to be that way. What with a 'rebound' type face. And, it really couldn't be called a 'bulge' if this is the case.

                    Par4QC

They’re humped in the middle. It’s so bad in the middle of the PW it’s got the loft jacked.

Thanks for the info but could you please rotate your photos 90°?
