the word "radial" on sole is either underlined, or not. which one is the forged model?

No underline = forged . The earliest versions .
Underline = cast. I believe in the last version made.
I had a set of the forged ones when I started golfing. Loved the look and feel of them.

Beauties. Those have Apex 3 in them? If so and you ever want to part with them let me know. There an old lover I would not mind hooking up with again.
Used to be a member on FGI that went by the handle Hogan Radial. iirc

Yes, I remember.
They're not mine! I was just adding Hogan eye candy to the thread. 
I always thought the Radials were cool. When I started playing golf 25 years ago there was a really good golfer in my league that bagged those. I thought I heard the Hogan aficionados hated those because of the wide sole, but I always wanted a set.
