Played river course with a buddy today. I didn't do so well today. My goal was double bogey and under. That didn't happen. I ended up with 3 8's on the card. 2 of them were on par 4 holes. 4, 7's one of those was on a par 3... I had a hard time getting out of a bunker on 17. I had 6 three putts, most of those were on the back 9. 6 two putts, and 5 one putts today. If I take a few of those 3 putts, and the 1 putts, and average them out, I could have only one 3 putt...š all total I had a great day, for losing as many balls as I did, I put 2 into the drink, that hurt....

I had some nice shots, and some bad shots, it was a good day, until the back 9 and the pair of older ladies behind us kept nipping at out heels. I let that get into my head, and throw off my game... they never hit very far, they did have a cart each, and would hit and drive, hit, and drive. One hole they were less than 100 yards and hitting as we were walking off the green. Ball went about 50 yards on the ground. Was a little unnerving. I shall see about doing better next time!
Funny thing was I wasn't seeing my power fade much. I was seeing a solid draw, to a hook. It was different... I need more range time....
