Cold day and a cold north wind, and CPO. Two holes were closed for flooding and one was turned into a par 3. Depending on what the USGA black box gives me for the two holes, I shot either 82 or 83. I hit one green with a 50 yard wedge, one with 6 hybrid, and 3 with fairway woods. None with irons, of course. 😕
Short game was good except when I had soggy lies. I was awful there. Birdied the 18th which is a very tough hole.
Local store has a used 7/8 iron Wedgewood for $35. I think I’ll buy it tomorrow. Alice Cooper here we go.
