sdandrea1 Walterjn You mean back before dirt bikes had much suspension, 30 how could overtax it. I guess I mean 30 or 40 horsepower to a rear wheel mounted on an ill-handling chassis with 5 to 6 inches of suspension travel = "an adventure". 😉
Rickochet meagain Is that all you do is bitch? Read the thread title. It is not about motor cycles. You want a motorcycle thread, great, start one. If you want to talk about golf balls post here. I posted a question not a bitch.
meagain 490 Maico = 53 Horsepower + 120 lb. Rider = Power to weight ratio of top fuel dragster. Hence many holeshots were to be had and much dirt and rock eating to be had by those behind me. Takes way more balls (not golf) than hitting a fucking golf ball. I was a Maico dealer from 1975 to 1981. Maicos were the machines to have at that time. http://www.off-road.com/dirtbike/review/how-good-was-the-maico-490-22739.html
toraider Hammer4413 Thanks, I'm set for the time being...On the Agenda for replacement: TM TP5s TF D2 Feels Srixon Q Star Tours Srixon Z Stars I'll have to get some Srixon Soft Feels too at some point.
KCee Been playing Maxfli Tour X. I do have some Bridgestone Tour BX, TP5X, Z Star X and ProV1X laying around, but generally as long as the ball has a urethane cover I am ok with it.
meagain Was that it? You probably had a metal flake helmet too, I'll bet. Learned to never line up beside a TM 400. People that ride them are idiots. It's a wonder you are alive today. LOL http://www.off-road.com/dirtbike/suzuki-tm400-cyclone-the-most-dangerous-bike-ever-built-16159.html Riding a Suzuki TM-400? Then it never hurts to bring your own flowers. Faithful dog is bringing a stick to use as a splint, just in case.
sdandrea1 meagain I didn't have it very long. Never got into metal flake helmets, no. That Suzuki was so freaking fast, but crooked.
scotts33 Gatorman Try the taylor made tour response....It's a redo of project A but better Found one last week played 9 and not my favorite. But thanks.
pike51 meagain I was a Suzuki guy. So from 1987 to 1992 I raced RM 80's. Had a Suzuki shop ride out of Cernic's in Johnstown. Jumped to 125's in 1991 as well and in 1993 raced 125's and 250's. I "retired" in 1996 when I graduated High School and decided to go to college instead of getting my ass kicked by Windham and Reynard. When we moved to Georgia in 1991, I spent many a day practicing with Ricky Carmichael at a track in Monticello, FL (just outside Tallahassee).
pike51 Also.. my current gamer ball is the Cut DC or Vice Pro Plus. Both are really good and can't bet the price.
Rickochet sdandrea1 I found and played a Pinnacle Rush yesterday. I forgot how far they go. It happens with age. My memory sucks too. 😛
