DonM I suppose so. I can see how a digger needs a certain amount of bounce, effective or otherwise, but not sure why it would matter with a sweeper since there is little turf interaction. I just want the forgiving head for my toe shots lol.
It's pretty much the same for me with my wedges where I do actually take a divot although not a large one. I do better with a standard sole and less bounce. Except my Lob which is wide sole low bounce so maybe effectively a mid bounce. I actually felt like the high bounce wedges were causing me to "fluff" shots. I couldn't make them work to save my life.
