76, that felt much better than that. Front 9, 2 birdies; 1 that was a kick-in 8"....that close to an eagle(Par 5). The 2nd was a chip in from 15 yds.. 2 bogeys offset them. Missed a few other birdie opps during the round, but still only had 24 putts on the day, with 10 1 putts. Should have been more putts/lower score, what with hitting almost all FWs(10/14). Could not get a GIR. Short game was A+, obviously, driving really decent. The double bogey on #18 is not to be mentioned.
I'll take it; warm, windy, summertime, outdoors. 👍
