Typhoon Donyou have that shaft in 45”? If you like it that much it might me worth a try

I do have another and it's just not as good. Maybe it's the length that makes it work?

We played this afternoon. 90° with a dew point of 75° for a heat index of 101.
Phuuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkkkkk. By the end, I was close to heat exhaustion or whatever the first stage is called. I’m not ready for this.

85 and couldn’t wait to get home.

Long busy fun week but I think I hit a wall today. Got up early to play and just couldn't get going. Shot a horrible 49 on the front. Just a lack of concentration. Hot dog and two Diet Cokes at the turn for some caffeine and energy I was determined to keep my attention and play better. Shot 40 on the back to make me feel better. Two shots in the sand on 18 kept it from being a 39.

39 40 today at The Gauntlet. Beautiful weather, good company, nice turf.👍. 7 bogeys, no birds

    Worst round in history.
    44/43...87. 😲

Every facet of the game escaped logic to my brain. And to my **&% clubs. The only decent chips I had was from the snack bar. Putts were by demons. Drunk-assed, weak, demons at that. Drives were the distances of a seed spitting contest. Double bogies were sometimes a blessing.

But, if we lived in a small rural town, the local paper would have it written up as....."a good time was had by all"😅.

Didn't play but one thing I have to add from my last round, this new swing is really body friendly. Played M-T-T-F and my back feels great. Also played BB Mon and Thurs. Usually my lower back will be stiff after playing that much but nothing. This alone makes the change worthwhile.

Another hot day but this time I took better care of myself.
        38-38 / 76.
9 greens and 29 putts. I made putts from everywhere. I owned the par fours, which is super unusual. 3 birdies. Did not hit any par threes and only 1 par five. I missed 2 of the par fives from 50 yards, lol! That distance has been a real weakness lately.
Driving and irons were boss. And putting. What a funny game.

Our team did well. Our 91 year old D player shot 81 from the reds. He only gets 10 strokes from the reds, but still, that’s a great round.

Was supposed to sub in a league today. Got to the course and it was closed due to heavy rain last night. So I drove to the nearby slump buster but everybody must've had the same idea, it was jammed. Took a longer drive to another course and pretty much had the place to myself. Surprisingly not too wet.
Shot 41-39-80. Pretty decent round, nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. 11 pars, 3 doubles, 33 putts . Oh, brought along a 14 degree driver thinking it's so wet might need carry mote than roll. Go to put a tee in on the first hole, must've leaned a little too hard on the driver and Snap! right at the hosel! Would have liked to have hit it a couple times first.

I shot 42-40-82 at Sandy Creek GC in Monroe, Mich. today. The course (which is usually in very good shape) needed mowing today due to all the rain they've evidently been getting up there. It was OK playing today, but POURED on the way home. Nothing great to report....I decided to ride today to see if that would help me have
"something left" on the back nine, since I've been feeling tired and stiff on the back 9 lately. So, I parred the first three holes, then proceeded to make 8 consecutive bogeys !!! Frustrating game!!! 4 GIR's, 32 putts, chipped
            pretty poorly.....

Sounds like rain is everywhere. We got 3.6 inches this morning, with another big one expected tonight. Our game tomorrow will be back nine only, if that’s even possible.

garyt1957 That sucks about your driver.

            Any of you Canadians playing?
