Early(ish) tee time, just a fun/practice with GG who's struggling to put his game back together after a lengthy layoff due to health issues. Started cloudy but warm but the sun soon burnt off the low cloud and it was another scorcher (for Scotland ...), high 20s with no wind. Needed a beer to cool down afterwards.
Left the dog walk 'til after 9pm, almost never lasted long as the dog rampaged thru the long grass disturbing a buncg of flying ants who swarmed all over me ... must have looked a right idiot self-flagellating with a jumper and swirling it around my head to beat them off. The rest of the walk was a failure in terms of keeping the dog cool as he bumped into some friends and they set off chasing each other.
Early night for me tonight, charity pickup/dropoff then straight to a seniors league away match.
