Did nothing today, recovering from golf overload and it was too hot to walk the dog daytime. I didn't realise dogs could mope so much ... Haircut at 3 then a sandwich, I eventually took the dog out on the golf course (Monday nights are always quiet and it was a lot cooler at 9) to chase a ball. Weather is due to break this week, our courses could certainly do with a sprinkle. There's going to be a lot of running water, the ground just feels too hard to drain properly, and some of the grass looks burnt beyond recovery.
