Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Weirfan Haven't had one for over 1 year. Did do 1 'home job', but that's been it, besides the normal trims over the ear. The ponytail hasn't grown back yet, but it won't be long now. 😁

Par4QC I've run across a few women who can pull off a bun.
Man buns are for the children who can't commit to long hair. Either grow it out and tie it back, braid it, tuck it up under your ball cap, or deal with it getting in your face.

Par4QC I couldn't deal with my hair at that length. I'd have to do everything I could to keep letting it grow, or cut it off. I've had my current hair style for the last 20+ years.

An example of the BS referees from last night. The 1st picture is of a jump shot Margo made when the score was 50-47, (in between the 2nd & 3rd scoreboard pic) note the time left. It was called a 3 by the referee closest to the shot, who's feet and legs you can see in the picture. He was right on top of it. Wayne's coach started screaming that it was a 2 and they stopped play, conversed with each other then changed it to a 2. That 3 would have tied the score and gave us momentum. Instead, they go out of their way to make the WRONG call and taint our momentum. That's just 1 of many f-ups that went against our girls. At that point in the tournament, we deserved better. 🤬😡

LBlack14 I ran the timeclock/scoreboard for both boys and girls games at our high school for over 20 years, and I have ALWAYS felt that the same refs who do a credible job at boys games do a half-assed job calling girls games. It's almost as if the SAME refs have the attitude that "hey...they're only girls....let's get the game over with!" And I've also felt that whether it's a boys or girls game, high school refs swallow their whistles in the last minute or so, when the game is on the line. I've even heard refs say, "Well, we want to let the athletes decide the outcome of the game, not the officials!" An effing cop out, IMO.....a violation is a violation!

Worked. Found an old and highly abused pocket knife my FIL or his father used to own. Looked it up and it is an Old Timer Ulster USA Stockman which apparently was made some time in the 60's and early 70's. The 3 blades were very poorly maintained and duller than any I've ever run across. I had to spend a lot of time with a course stone, which I don't think I've ever actually used in the 30 years I've owned it, on all 3 blades just to get identifiable edge bevels back on them. Got all three of them nice and sharp now but they still don't look good having some of their original shape ground away over the years. Asked my wife if it had any sentimental value to her and she said she believes she remembered her grandfather carrying and using it back in the 70's and 80's. I told her to put it up somewhere as a keepsake.

Picture of the same model, but not the same knife. Wish the one we have still had blades that looked this good.

johnnydoom I carry an Old Timer, triple blade. The best!!

In truth, I don't carry it now that I'm not working, but every day for those 19 yrs. at the last place, it was in the pocket.
Can't really carry them around much any more what regs and alarms and such. Took me a while to get used to not throwing it in my pocket going out the door. But, it's sitting right in front of me, on my PC.

Par4QC Sad to say that I don't carry a pocket knife in my pants pockets anymore. Did from the age of 12 until about 45. Then started with the cell phone and moved my wallet to the front pocket due to back and hip pain and just stopped carrying the knife unless I'm wearing cargo shorts. Bought a couple of nice little lock knives last year that are great to have on hand.

Par4QC I carry a schrade cut co two blade every day. Made somewhere between 1917-1946.
I have a back up for it as well. That one is in much better shape.
