Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

To them, it would be. In my family, growing up, it would be. Why do you think I don't participate, much? Haven't since FGI, I don't think and Nat and Kevin had alot to do with it. I was raised different. Son of a Pentecostal minister and have a mother and had a sister who are/were saints. I wained a bit as I got older, but still have the core values. Just saying.

Cleaned up the Rats, poop detail and after the Rockstar wakes up around noon and showers I’m going to rip out the old caulk/sealant from around the shower doors, clean it up and reseal it.

Swing by Golf Galaxy and pick up some tid bits, putter shaft/s & extensions. Thought I had a couple, but no. Wife's whipping up some hoagies later.

I am adding some magnets to mount a ClubClean ball/club washer on a cart. It was designed to bolt on to a cart but since I use rentals I needed an easier quick mount it to the front roof support.

The visitation for my golf buddy who died on the 13th is today. Tomorrow, there is a procession from the funeral home to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. It doesn't appear that there will be a funeral.

PT @ 11, dropping off a pair of shoes at the PO, then who knows. I'll be glad when High School baseball and softball starts. I'm less than a mile away from Mason's facilities. You all would be surprised.

I saw some wedges yesterday that I may have to go back and get. 😁

Just got back from an appointment with a new (different) chiropractor. This guy got amazing results! My
back cracked in multiple places on both sides....usually a good sign. I asked him if it was advisable for me
to try to play golf tomorrow (forecast temp of 70 here tomorrow!). He said, "Just listen to your body....if you
feel OK by tomorrow, go ahead!" I plan to play maybe every other hole and chip and putt on the odd holes.
We'll see how it feels.

I go to a chiro about every two months unless I have an issue in my back and need to go sooner. My lower spine gets out of alignment and starts to pinch on nerves. I lay on my stomach and he pops several places in my upper back. He then puts me on each side sort of in the fetal position and pushes down really hard on my upper arm and leg and pops each side. That usually keeps me good to go for about two months and I can usually tell when stuff starts to get out of alignment before it gets bad. It only takes a few minutes for each visit.

That's EXACTLY what my guy does. He calls it a "Posture Side Adjustment." If I had any brains, I'd do what you do
and go regularly instead of waiting until it hurts so bad that I'm practically immobile before I go. This latest episode came on suddenly, due to the recent snow shoveling I had to do after our big storm, in my opinion. Anyway, feeling
much better!

I’d love to be able to go to my Chiropractor again. I can see one leg is longer than the other and when o do an overhead squat I’m lopsided. I also have a left lat pain that never seems to go away. If I try to roll it out with a lacrosse ball it’s feels like bruising.

Par4QC Haha! No way! 🙂 Probably pull the shafts and stick them in the Caiman's (if the diameters work out), then tuck the heads away as a reminder. Lol 🙂

LogicalOne Just for fun, if it was me, those heads would all be soaking in acid right now. Be curious if anything was left in the bucket afterwards. Like the hosel on my brother's putter.
