johnnydoom Hope all is going well and that you are regaining some strength and losing pain.
Thank you.
Just started adding weight/weights to the routine this week. Unlocked my brace to 90° and said I can use 1 crutch, where I'm comfortable. Last measurement of bending was 110° The only pain is residual, from her kicking my ass. Doing things right now that I couldn't do at the same point last time. Something as little as balancing on it, in a flex position for 30 seconds, 3 times. I couldn't do that at this point, after the 1st surgery. I had a hard time doing it just prior to this surgery. That's why I couldn't play golf, that and the pain. When I turned and shifted my weight to the left side, my knee would collapse until the small part of the tendon that was actually attached took hold and pain. My surgeon is very happy with the results so far. I don't know what to expect and don't want to jinx it so I don't wanna get too excited, but believe me, that balancing act, makes me tear up and smile, BIGLY!!! 😁
Still a long way to go, but I'm excited! Looking forward to playing golf again. 🤫
