While it may seem ironic following the Eagles loss to the Jets, I'm so looking forward to a bounce back game Sunday night against the Dolphins.

professor That should be a great game. Four of the best receivers in the NFL (Hill, Brown, Smith, and Waddle) all on the field at the same time. I know Philly has a solid defense, I don't know much about the Dolphins other than their explosive passing game.

DonM not defending any bear QB but the offensive line has no clue when it comes to pass blocking.
1st play from scrimmage against Vikes, Fields got lit up and it was a 2 step drop.
Hope Bagent works out but sincerely doubt it

History proves me absolutely correct when I say it matters not how Bagent does....win......w/500 yds. passing + 200 yds. rushing for total of 8 TDs.......lose........3ints, passing % of 21.....under 100 yds total offense......3 fumbles lost.....

Fields will be behind center as soon as his finger allows it.

Chicago does not want a great QB!! Never has. When a decent one came along, even getting them to playoffs, he was soon cast aside. A few of them were in fact.

Par4QC well they definitely are successful at never having a great QB ( at least in my lifetime).
And their oline was never that great at pass blocking.
Recipe for mediocrity (at best).

propman McMahon wasn't 'great,' but he was pretty good, and, coupled with arguably the best defensive unit ever assembled, he was good enough to get y'all a ring.

Still think the best teams in the league have very good ol and dl lines. Also they have good depth at these positions as well.

I might need definitions for those 2 words/phrases....'great' & 'pretty good'. Esp. after watching him for the 7 years he was a Bear, and how many games they won with him.
I suppose we could look at a 73W-31L record to make the determination. Or maybe have a look at his winning 22 consecutive games(25 with playoffs & a SB).

Decent QB, for sure. 🤔

Incredibly bad drop by Moreau in the end zone with about 28 seconds to play and the game-tying pass right in his hands! Yikes.
