Generally true - with Dan Marino being the lone exception. However, in those top 10's, only Tom Brady has more Super Bowl wins than Eli.
I don't think Eli will make the HOF. His play was overshadowed by his own brother (who actually was carried to one of his Super Bowl wins), Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers and possibly more. But I think he deserves strong consideration given that his team won the big one both times they had a chance, and both times against the most successful team in NFL history.
