Think the European team should skip team dinner tonight and get some putting practice in instead ...
2021 Ryder Cup
Sure, JT made a great putt on 16, but leaving the putt on 18 that could have won the match three feet short? What was up with that? No excuses, and at the end of the day, he played in both sessions and earned a total of a half-point.

Rory looked out of sorts all day, never got anything close on the greens.
darpar He showed some signs of life late in his morning round, too late to save it, and started reasonably in the afternoon. Knew it had gone south when our tv coverage showed next to nothing of them until they were 4 down. No surprise to see him miss out Saturday morning session.
Been a strange RC in one sense - some quality golf and great putting (from most of the US and too few of the Euros) but I can only recall one chip in (Hovland) and no holeouts from bunkers; there's usually a few of each in each session. Maybe I just missed them ..?
This was the shot of the day.
Day 2 - Brooks and Berger are hot. 2 up after 2 vs Rahm/Garcia. Berger rocking a hoodie - he couldn't walk into a 7-11 with it up but it's OK at Whistling Straits
Leave it to Spieth/Thomas to keep the Euros hope alive
It's early, but the European team may need to clean house and go younger. Time to dump Westwood and Casey and maybe even Garcia. Not sure if they have the depth to do it though.
I get the feeling I’d shoot 143 if I was at Whistling Straits today. 190 if from their tees.
Westwood and Garcia woke up.
Momentum has shifted!
ValueGolf - his game has been iffy but he possesses a lot of fire in his belly. That putt that led to the win may have turned the momentum - now down only 2. He's jazzed.
johnnydoom Agreed, does not look fun and I expect slightly more than $12.
Meh. Gets fired up about not getting a gimme on this last hole and promptly slices it into the fescue.
ode For me, the Ryder Cup is also fan participation and I don' think Whistling Strait has that due to terrain and layout.
