Walterjn my neighbor helped get off road motorcycle racing big, his knees are shot. They were landing big jumps with only 4 inches of suspension travel, his legs had to help soak up those landings....
Did that for 11 years. Every Sunday where ever we had to travel, from April to late October. Was pretty good at if I say so myself. One of my last races was at High Point, at Mount Morris Pa. where I won the open B class on a 490 Maico. Weighed about 120 lbs. at that time.
