Just finished watching the recording of the final 5 holes (we had to go out for a few hours). Clutch finish for the record books!

Phil outclassed the rest. Brooks and Louis were the only ones who had a realistic chance to test him. Brooks had a brief glimpse but faltered quickly. His play on the par 5s was abysmal. Louis could not get hot with the putter. Gonna be interesting to see what Phil can do at Torrey.

    He never will 'get hot with the putter'. He's been trying since coming to the PGA. It's why he has never won here; a fact I did not realize until this week.

      I noticed Lefty has some kind of zen-focus routine (on the greens) that's new. He stands there and just moves his head from ball to the hole and back a few times.

        sdandrea1 Dude can roll the rock, even with an increasingly old school version of the old Wilson putter that Crenshaw used to use.
        For a long time he moved to an Odyssey version with an insert but it looks like he is back to the classic all metal putter now.

            He puts his drives out there with the best of them, too. He had the longest drive of the week on #16 (I think) at 366 yards!
