Bravopilot Didn't you make this call once for this club? Too many posts to search but believe you did once before.
Probably. If so, I'm calling it again.

sdandrea1 Ok, the reason I'm concerned is I buy your Holy Grails and my Mav Max is still in plastic and I don't need two.
sdandrea1 New Holy Grail thanks to @Rickochet and @BackNine29 - Maverick Max and Tensei. That is all.
Agree. One of the best drivers of the last several years.... at least for you and me.
Eguller 'OMG, this diver is great, I gotta tell everyone'!! Says people just now discovering the Mavrik Max.
Yeah, OK sure. I'm getting used to reading 'Rex is so full of shit', so no problems with everyone NOW discovering something I told them about last summer.
Last summer, remind you.....and what do you think I played today(besides 455DB), and last round?
Last summer!!!..... You know how many years ago that was, and I still have this same driver???
It's. That. Good.
I have a feeling this Tensei is the difference maker. The head is excellent in feel and distance (and ez to hit straight), but this shaft........ wow!
10 holes today with a demo Callaway Rogue ST Max (not the "D"). Set it on 11.5, Draw. Stock shaft, 5.0 Forty. Basically I could repeat my Maverick Max review except for the sound/feel. The Rogue ST Max has a thinner, tinny-er sound and feel. Flight, distance, ease of hitting straight is all typical modern Callaway. PapaD approved. I'll have to give it back next Tuesday......we return to VA on Wednesday.
