          They're on a different system. One day is actually only a few seconds instead of 24 hours. This allows for the earth to rotate slightly off center.

            After the gut punch of moving off DST one of the best days every 4 years is here. You don't need your ID when you leave your home tomorrow. A hall pass with the law.
