I remember in the old days at this time of year it was not uncommon for me during NCAA BB conference tournaments and March Madness to go to lunch on Friday at some place with TVs and not return to work. Now I have a TV in the room right next to me and I don't care enough to even check on the games. Just one more reminder that I'm getting old.

    1st Friday, every year, a friend of mine has an open door policy/party. Has a small bar in his small basement, "Thirsty's". A lot of folks knock off work that day. I bet 50-75 people go through there throughout the day. I play brackets and draw teams, otherwise, I probably wouldn't give much of a shit, except for the locals, Xavier, UC & Ohio State included.
