Mattyv Buddy, I realized the SAME thing a few years ago when I stopped playing my regular course. Played there with a group of guys for years 3 times a week and was just always, not realizing it, hitting stupid shots because I wasnāt thinking golf. We were kibitzing and the course was so familiar, Iād hit shots to the same place all the time, never think.
Once I got a job at a course near my house and didnāt know anybody , just played by myself, I realized it. Now I was paying attention to golf. I thought I played fine before but now itās a new level.
