KCee If you get P90X3 it's got 3 levels and the lowest one is pretty doable for most IMO. You may use bands instead of doing pullups and so on. I think Power 90? may have been a lighter one as well, but P90X3 was nice since the workouts are all 30 minutes.
OMG Power 90!!! How old is that?? We had it and it looked like it was from the 1980’s with the background and the short pants😂😂.
P90X3 is great, I agree. 100%. Too many people don’t realize their bodies are capable of more than they think. You have to push yourself a bit.
Look into this seriously. Also, you can go at your own pace, stop the dvd and rest a minute, use light weights or almost no weight at all at first. It’s sooo much better to follow a program like this if you don’t have an actual trainer.
