Typhoon Yes I can't remember, maybe the Cindy? I do this workout every so often, but I usually just do 10 sets of it and then some cardio.
Even when I was "in shape" I'm not sure I broke 20 sets in 20 minutes. I suck at pullups, but chinups don't seem to bother my shoulder. P90X3 has a workout that's a variety of pullups and pushups for 30 minutes in sort of an EMOM. It's brutal IMO. I don't want to kill myself anymore, but just be able to walk 18 holes and hit a ball lol.
