Break in the weather had golf_ghirl itching to get out as there won't be many sunny days with light breezes in our near future. I did the gentlemanly thing and accompanied her. Greens have just been aerated and sanded but they were running well and I made a few decent length single putts, one of those for birdie on par 5 #8. Lot of pars for both of us, it was a good day for golf and had a lot of laughs. Good practice for Saturday's end of season scramble.
Trying to get a different feel in my swing, more upright and less around my shoulders. I might see my pro as I feel my swing is too flat at times; maybe I'm just paranoid since an opponent in a seniors match said my swing reminded him of Matt Kuchar 🤣 but golf wouldn't be golf unless we're tinkering here, there and elsewhere. Anyways, driver in particular was very consistent (if a little high for my liking), with a slight draw; one nasty pull hook but I think I combined new backswing with old throughswing and "dropped" the club way inside on the way down. Who knows? It was fun but needs more work if I decide to stick with the change.
