Not surprised it's a sloppy assembly job after watching the videos of that douchenozel installing the tip, then grip. Also complaints on WRX of the same type thing. They are clueless...and to claim every OEM does it, LOL nice mentality. Good news is it's just a bit of epoxy, should be able to scrape it off. Hopefully it performs well. Don't mind the raw finish if it holds up....is there a clear coat over it?
