Tinker all she does is giggle. Not a serious person to be next in line. Could she even hold a serious conversation with world leaders?
I know one leader that likes giggly women but she would have to be prepared to be groped and he's not much for conversation above Grade 6 level so there's that.

I used to think that Biden was showing fairly advanced signs of dementia, but then i saw a video of him speaking in Congress from something like 30 years ago. He seemed just as confused then as he does now.
I'm not sure if that's good or bad, lol. Makes me think, on the one hand, that maybe he's not demented, he's just stupid. Or maybe he has been demented for many years?
I don't know. Can't seem to find anything real positive about the fact that he seemed just as clueless then as he is now. On the flip side Trump is an egomaniacal buffoon. Such great choices........ /insert rolling eyes emoji here

I'll take a so called arrogant, can't keep his mouth shut at times, business man with plenty of accomplishments in 4 years (Trump) over a 47 year political career with nothing major to list other than his selling his country out for monetary gain to China...(Biden)!

Don't know if you are referencing his subject matter, of that speech, but he is a stutterer. Extremely bad as a child and he hesitates a lot in order not to do it as an adult; he never overcame it. Now, if he's flat out just losing his train of thoughts, that in itself, is something else.
I always liked Joe, and he would have had the biggest landslide in history in 2016, imo, had he chose to run, with my vote included. If I did not see all those strings attached to his face/arms/hands/mouth, I could really dislike him now. He even walks like strings are attached to his legs. 
I just detest those behind him, with this conspiracy. Immensely detest them. Perhaps his anger, as we are seeing it, is misdirected. Hoping the vast majority sees behind those dark curtains also!
I'm still trying to figure out what Harris is......Black/American, Indian/American, Asia/American. Or is she British/American? No wonder she's so confused about things. I know I am.
Hammer4413 well except for those 348 bills he introduced that became law....but those aren't accomplishments unless you consider the job of legislator is to create legislation.
