This go round, I have to say that the USPS exceeded expectations. @Bravopilot sent me a wedge on Saturday, it showed up today. The sticker on the box said expected delivery was on Wednesday the 12th.
@Bravopilot, Paul, thank you again!!!

The iron heads that went thru Puerto Rico finally made it to CA.
The box that was scanned at "UNKNOWN FACILITY" is out for delivery.

    USPS Priority 3 Day = 2 weeks.

I ordered a Taylormade RBZ hybrid a few days ago. It took a day to go from Charlotte to Indianapolis; another day to go from Indy to Detroit; now it's been sitting in Detroit for TWO freaking days!!! (This is not the first time this has happened....!!! Is everybody sleeping in Detroit? ). WTH...??? ðŸ˜Ą ðŸ˜Ą

      fatshot

Detroit has been one of the stalling points in my recent experiences too. Could be there for "a while".

If you aren't mailing out 50 to 100 packages a month you really haven't seen anything in terms of horror stories.

      Hope dejoy is gone soon.

I've been shipping that much since Dec.. With rare exceptions, no problems. Shipped 15 boxes last Sat., all delivered Mon./Tues.. Shipped another 15 Mon., all delivered Wed., except 1. From CA to the East coast to the deep South. 10 days to Canada. This is getting to be 'normal' again. Got a box from AL in just 2 days this week also.
I think we've rounded the corner. ðŸĪ”

we do about 75 a month on average and 5% end up in "limbo" at places like Jersey City, Chicago, ISCNY. The prototypical "black holes" where things sit without a scan/update for 2-3 weeks. Luckily only 1 thing lost, but the "damage" is that items usually end up on customer doorstep without an update after leaving the blackholes. So they aren't at home, it sits in the rain on their porch, or whatever. Really infuriating.

Par4QC PA is the worst state for anything USPS to pass through/deliver to.

And no other state is even close. Harrisburg is notorious. Not sure why...

            9 days later

OK...... Let's see how USPS is doing these days - this package is being mailed 2 hours drive from me.
            Testing, testing.....

Eguller Not too good the past week. Must have been caught up in the Major.

Sent a box to Landon and checked tracking this a.m.. It was in NY, after being in CT.**** I shudder to think what will happen to it when it hits the Cincy dist. center(as bad as they come anywhere!!)

I've got a box coming from ColeJ. It was in Des Moines(11:47) last night, then 3 miles from me at the local dist. center early a.m.(1:45). Then it was in Des Moines again.(9:39a.m.) ðŸĪŠThen it's back in Des Moines again(2:30 p.m.) TF???

****I see it is now in NJ. 😄 East Coast shuffle.

I have a package on the way that when tracking stopped, it was in Chicago Distribution (20th).
Today tracking was updated saying it passed through a Canadian Facility (it's a holiday here today)
I bet it's here Wed at the latest.
Canpost is still pretty good to me.
USPS is meh, but nothing as bad as what's been posted here, so far.

I have one that arrived in Phoenix, came to my city of Chandler, went back to Phoenix, on to Scottsdale, and now is back in Phoenix. It is my daughters main birthday present that is needed by this coming Sunday. I called my local post office and had them tag it for coming to my address. They have 5 days to get it here. It is 30 miles away. Fingers crossed it makes it.
