Thanks to all for the well-wishes! After a few problems that finally resolved themselves, the distance vision in my left eye (done a week ago) is fine. Now I suppose I'll have to go through a similar week of recovery in the right eye. I was in and out of the surgery center in about an hour today.....next thing you know, they'll have "drive-through service!"
Stopped at the dollar store on the way home and bought a pair of "cheaters" for reading until I'm ready for a complete eye test to see what I'll need going forward. Hope it's all resolved by the time we leave for FLA next month!
