Rickochet I am taking the lawn mower out to the yard today to flatten all of the huge mole/vole mounds. It looks like an f'ng war zone. I have never seen so many in my 37 years of living here. They are all over the neighborhood. I have a couple of traps to set for them also. Little bastages. I have a couple of these to set. You just push them down over the tunnel and step on the pedal to set which opens up two big scissors. When the little bastages come back through the scissors snap closed. fatshot Rickochet Critters are a PITA, aren't they? We had trouble with groundhogs when we moved here 30 years ago. I fought 'em like hell for a few years and finally (hopefully) got rid of them. Good luck!
sdandrea1 Rickochet We used to have a problem here in Florida. Once I got all the grubs/insects killed in the yard, the critters had to move on to get a meal.
Rickochet Bravopilot Believe in Kentucky they call this a Buffet.🤣 Never tried grilling one. A real buffet must include some road kill. 😜

johnnydoom Church. Oriental buffet for lunch. Cleaned the hedgehog cage. Tidied up the yard a bit more. Shut off a leaky faucet. Watching Man vs Food on TV. More church later.
LBlack14 Day late.... Play Springboro Saturday. Pay and the girls beat them earlier this year by 19. Just sayin'. 🤞
johnnydoom Worked. Bought gardening supplies and groceries. Drove 50 miles down the road to hear the high school band perform their concert music. Beautiful sound in the Northwest Mississippi Community College Performing Arts Center. Just planted beet seeds in a tray to get the gardening year started. Hope to be transplanting them outdoors in a month. Next week I’ll start my tomato seeds.
johnnydoom sdandrea1 I suppose so. I was born in the south and lived most of my life here, but was raised in the west (California and Hawaii) by yankee parents, so I've never spoke of maters and taters. With one exception I guess.
Bravopilot johnnydoom That is diversity living there. My dad was AF and since I retired, Northern VA is the longest 1 place for me. Prior to that was 4.5 years. Look to move to Las Cruces by April 2024. Start a new watch. Lots of southern US and even CA (Merced) but no Hawaii. No accent.
johnnydoom Typhoon No snow predicted for here anytime soon. Just rain, rain, rain....... I might be plugging my seedings into a mud pit in a month if this keeps up.
