Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Did that with my boy last year. Really affected my wife. Didn’t bother me much because I remembered how much I wanted the step up in independence at that age. When my daughter goes in a couple of years I think my feelings will be a little different.

That was one of the most emotional days of our lives for my wife and me.....hated to see him go, even
while knowing it was the "natural order of things..." Now he's gone through the same thing with his kids!

johnnydoom I was/am one of the few parents that used to hate to see the kids going back to school. Also, not the type of parent that “can’t wait” until the kids move out. I like having them around…. We still all go out to eat, errands… it’s fun. If they didn’t like it they’d move out

I've told Beck this over and over. Kelsey could still be living here, if she didn't start playing house. Hell, I let my mother in law move in for 8 months.

Yeah, we have Firesticks as well and one of them acts up. The unplug/plug back in fix has worked every time.

Picked my daughter up from band practice and then we went to eat at Tacos 4 Life. Watching football on tv and enjoying my new sneaks.

Tonight, bring the daughter back for more band practice and then the band ends the day performing their full marching show for the parents.

Shower renovation is complete. Installed the glass door yesterday. A tip the glass guy told us is to use RainX and squeegee it after a shower. We have hard water so it should help.

Sneakylong definitely Rainx the glass. Not sure about the squeegee idea, I always used a large cup of water and started at one side near the top and poured the water down the side . Whatever small droplets that were vanished with the pour.

Just watched my alma mater (ODU) let UVA March down the field and kick a winning field goal in 1 minute. Shit......
