I’m playing my seemingly annual round with my best bud tomorrow so I wanted to get my new Honma TR21 Big LB built. I stopped at GG and picked up some GolfWorks Tour Set epoxy, lead tape, and Golf Pride MId Size Tour Velvet +4.
I built it to 42 1/2 added a few grams of lead tape and set it at 13.5*. I wanted something a bit shorter off the tee but still usable if needed on long par 5 second shots. Went with an Xcalibur Avalon 7 TS.
And no ferrule. Didn’t have one the right size, like the old school Ping look and 💯 won’t even notice it looking down
