Today I built the the 6 iron of my steel shaft STi set. That used up the last DGSL shaft I had and it completed the set.

Back in the spring I bought a Snake Eyes Quick Strike II hybrid head from @"DonM". It takes a .335 shaft rather than a .370. It's been a great club for me b/c the wood shaft gets the ball higher in the air so it comes down and stops on the green.

Fast forward to this week.....I found a Maltby STi 24* hybrid that I had tried and abandoned b/c it didn't get the height I was hoping for. So, the other day I reshafted it with a .350 senior flex wood shaft that I had laying around (had to shim it a bit for a snug fit). I just took it out and hit two balls out into the field behind my house.....WO-HOO!
Two solid hits and great higher trajectory!! Can't wait until Tuesday's round to dial in the distance and see where
it fits in the bag.....!!

          fatshot I have all 3 of those.... 18,21,24. Using Tensei Blue hybrid shafts in A flex. After 2+ seasons, and having tried other hybrids along the way, I don't know how they could ever be replaced.

                    Not today, I started this one last Saturday after shafts arrived from @colej . @LogicalOne included a driver head in my last order for some reason, I'm thinking he's trying to replace my current clubs with his.


                    I really like the matte black crown with the single white dot for alignment, simple, clean, elegant. I went with the Excalibur T6 black shaft with the fairly muted silver griffin graphics. Visually I think they pair well together, performance wise I'll find out a little later when I get to hit it.

                      Well, I've put together a new shaft for my Srixon Z785. I'm building the Xcaliber Mystic 6 I picked up from @colej . I just got it epoxied on, and I'm letting it cure.
                      I'm leaving the Xcaliber Avalon 7, that i also got from him, alone for now.

                        That's a nice shaft. Very smooth. The purple color is cool too

                          I’m very interested in your opinion of the Z785/Xcaliber combo. I have the Z785 (Thanks Rex!) head and the Xcaliber Mystic shaft. The Z785 is currently shafted with a Tensei but thinking of trying the Xcaliber once I figure out how to take off the Tour Edge adapter without ruining the shaft 🤪

                                    gllama happily. The reason I decided to put an adapter on the mystic is because of the Xcaliber T6 I put in the logicalone neuro head. I'm wanting to see what happens with that shaft myself.

                                        Currently glued and drying. Dynacraft Profit CB Irons for my buddy. 3-PW plus a SW. Shafted with Acer Velocity R flex shafts. I still need to trim to length which will be +2" over standard. My buddy is very tall and big. Hard for him to get much bend in his stance. These will finish off with some DTG 360 Midsize grips.
                                        These are replacing a set of Inazone Single Length Irons he has been playing for a couple of years. He couldn't get used to the same length on all the clubs. I will be posting those for sale on here soon for him. Can't wait to see how the Profits work out for him.
