Put together a 29Β° EQ1-NX 6-hybrid (36.5") to most likely replace a 29.5Β° Sterling 7-iron. Couldn't resist matching the ferrule to the crown. Yes, like AdamMH, I too have yet to turn the ferrule.

There's still some hope for golf club making humanity after all
May as well put today's build in this thread instead of the other one.....
Still fully curing, but set. I give you a Maltby KE4 Max 4i with KK shaft at 39" D1.5. Maiden voyage tomorrow,.
Having trouble uploading pics....hopefully soon.
They still make 4 irons? . Looking forward to getting mine!
I put a Tour Swing Okato Green in my SMT AF 460.
It's my most modern driver combo now.
I shafted the GigaGolf Pursuit forged heads.....................again.
LBlack14 they work. One adapter and then you can buy the different collars that fit the specific brand head. The n screw needs to be swapped as well (less TMag, those fit). It's clunky to start but is a nice process to be able to use one shaft in multiple heads. I would think it would be very handy for fitters.
Cautionary tale on the KE4 Max.
Took it to the range, teed up a fresh ball and tapped the head on the ground - 'rattle'.
Oh crap. Loose epoxy ? I was careful. Could not ID the area of the problem.
Got home and decided to dis & re assemble the club. No epoxy plug.....Then it hit me.
The screw-in weight in the head was loose and rattling. A tiny dab of the blue stuff & cured.
As far as the KE4 Max....Got to be the best value head I've seen in a while. Feels top notch,
looks fine at address despite the slightly thicker top line, and hides the small offset. This will
be my windy day club as I hit mid trajectory bullets with it. I was shocked at how 'pure' it felt.
Anxious to see what Maltby will do with the new TS3 & TS4 coming out.
