I still build everything I play. But my components now come usually from ebay and are not component company pieces, they're OEM stuff that I buy as individual pieces or remove the shafts and then re-build. Because you can get so many OEM heads now online at discount prices, most of the component market is gone. Malt by still makes stuff, and they make good stuff, but being a lefty also limits my selection on the component side. The F7+ I'm currently gaming was a demo I bought on ebay. It was very polished, looked almost new. But it was 2 model years old. I paid $50 for it, and pulled the shaft out of my FLY-Z. It's hard to buy actual components for that price, which is also another reason component companies are going out. Right now, I'd love to buy and re-shaft an F9. But I don't even look at components anymore. Being lefty limits my buying options, so I don't even look at heads in component form anymore. Shafts and grips yes, heads no.
