  • President's Cup Australia 2019 - Captain Tiger's 4 at-large picks?

Looks like the US has their hands full today.

Why is DeChambeau wearing that CS hat and not a ball cap like all of the rest?

International team playing really solid. Good on them....looks like they are going to put up a good fight!

Has anyone played this course? Looks amazing!

Tiger's not getting much help today,,,,Woodland and Johnson are getting a whoopin.

Johnson drove a par four and gagged on a 3' eagle putt to have the hole. Tiger was about the only one making putts. I guess Tiger will now get a beat down by Chamblee for his lack of skills as team Captain.

Looks like Webb Simpson gets babysitting duties this week being paired with Reed.

Not sure what to make of such a lopsided start. Not sure what to make of Tiger Woods contributing more as a player than he seems to be as a captain. If the US team loses, he's gonna be grilled for it regardless of how many points he earns for the cause. It always goes that way.

But it does make for a more compelling event when the International team changes the usual script and doesn't wave the white flag while shitting the bed right out of the gate.

Good lord they can’t even keep sand wedges from rolling off the green 😱

or 2 1/2 - 3 footers to keep from lipping out.

Spoiler alert: if you have heart or anger issues, do not watch.

This reminds me of the Ryder Cup where the other team just putts lights out. When did Oosthuizen become a great putter?

sdandrea1 We're getting our asses kicked.........

It was looking much worse then the US pulled a few points out of their asses. JT stuck it in and broke it off with his putt on 18.

Yes sir, we were down in the final 4 matches when the Internationals posted their first point of the day. There was some really good play by the Americans in the last hour of play to salvage the split and maybe change the momentum going forward.

News Flash: Patrick Reed acts like a prick. His antics with the hand to ear (I can't hear you) and then mimicking using a shovel to move sand walking off the green was bush league - after he made a putt to go 2 DOWN.

Ernie and the Internationals are really playing well! If the US squad can gain on em today things will be really interesting for the singles matches...... interesting nto see if it plays out that way how TW will position his team/ates for singles!
