Walterjn You are not alone on that...

yeah I'm out there with all the Amazon trucks lol

Unfortunately, I bought this, this morning. I was looking at the S120, but none to be found. Put out a feeler and got an email this morning from a JD dealer in Harrison that has this '21 S130 they got in last week. Couldn't wait, no more new stock coming until spring. Drove out and bought it this afternoon, being delivered Thursday or Friday.

I bought some new tires for my wife's Highlander this morning. Actually bought them from the Toyota dealer. Came home and wife was having the house carpet cleaned. Then later a dude stopped by and asked if I wanted my driveway sealed. He gave me a very good deal and had it done in 1/2 hour. It was a busy day. After all of that I am off to the 19th hole. 🍻

KCee Honestly surprised you found one! I am hoping my 22 yr old JD can be fixed for now.

I had a JD rear engine rider for about 17 years. I snagged the plastic dipstick tube and broke it off. I almost never found a replacement. I finally found one at a dealer in Texas. I discovered that there were too many parts I could no longer get and traded it in to a dealer for a new mower while it was still running and actually got a decent trade.

Ordered a Caddytek caddylite 15.3 v2 in silver.

ptjn1201 I worked at the pro shop last year. XXIO 9 iron left behind in June. Phone number on the shaft band. Left several messages over the next few weeks. A month later, the guy calls and said he got messages, I tell him the club was still here. When we closed up shop in December, it was still there.

        What's your PayPal addy? πŸ˜‚

Rickochet Yeah I never really needed any parts until recently and they are not easy to find. There is a small place around the corner from me and he thinks he can replace the parts needed with similar Deere ones and make it work. We'll see. Right now I need it for leaves, but I can probably hire some neighborhood kids for that.

It might be easier to find the mower parts with kids these days. I really liked my JD rear engine rider but by the time I needed a new one they put too much safety crap on the new model. It took three hands to operate it. I ended up going with a Toro 32" TimeCutter zero turn with a steering wheel and have had it five years. It actually makes mowing fun. A few weeks ago I did have to add two steering wheel knob spinners so I can mow since I have a broker arm but it made mowing possible. Finding someone here to mow is another unicorn search. 😜

I’ve got a cub cadet zero turn with a steering wheel. I love that thing. Cuts great and leaves no burn marks from the wheels turning.

Very similar to the Toro. Cub even has an electric model. It does a super job at mulching also and takes one wing nut to attach the mulching plate. Unfortunately it seems the rear engine ZT with a steering wheel seems to have been discontinued. πŸ˜‚

Who are you ???…. Ward Cleaver?? Where do you live that there are neighborhood kids out with rakes knocking on doors to see if you need your leaves raked!

Typhoon We still have a few that do that. I used to have the boys across the street mow my lawn, but they have real jobs now.
I live in an area where if I walk a mile, I still have 3-4 more to walk before I reach anything lol.
