Tinker Monark golf has a True Temper shaft called inner id control at 324 inner is. That should do the trick. About 10 bucks.
Rickochet Regarding the color, no reason you can't paint a steel shaft. Just rough it up good with sanding cloth and use an automotive rattle can paint. Landon, regarding my earlier post about using a stepless Iron shaft, it could have been a longer stepless putter shaft I nibbled down to get the proper ID. The shop I bought a post head from I think sold me an Apollo 40" or 50" stepless putter shaft that I had to trim about 4" or so off of the tip then butt trim to length. It's been too long for this geezer brain to remember. 👴

Rickochet ode You can use shrink wrap to get the shaft the color you want, easy peasy lemon squeezy Great idea. Should be durable as well. 👍
ode Rickochet def.....have used on steel and graphite.....looks great and would.be perfect for a blacking out a putter shaft.....it will add ~ 20 grams or so of weight
ode LBlack14 5/8" shrink tubing, same stuff that goes over stereo wires, etc. This is what I bought, black obviously, but you can get just about any color you want, and I suspect you could get at Lowe's, etc.- Edit, see Rick's link below ⬇
