Steve, wouldnt worry about a few swingweight points at all. Especially if its weight at the grip end. Many people use back weighting , they dont increase the head weight to compensate for that extra back end weight or the club would likely be rendered unolayable. Tim Hewitt used to say that he can build a sledgehammer to D2 what does that mean ?
Swingweight is really a consequence of assembly of the component parts. Get the flex correct and let swingweight fall where it may. I agree with the above poster, if you a trying to replicate feel MOI might be the way to go.
If it turns out you simply cant get comfortable with it then lead tape is your friend
