As a matter of fact, it was yellow. could see it for a mile on the fairway. Guess whoever lost it was color blind.
Any one tried the Volvik Vivid Golf Ball?
Oh, then it was mine and I want it back.
I like the visibility of them, but when I was playing with some that I had found, I couldn't get the ball to the hole on the greens. Switched back to a normal white ball and did fine.
I do like the Srixon high-vis balls and have never had a problem with them on the greens like I did the Volvik's.
SVonhof yes, that's what I thought too. Hit good but felt like mush off my putter.
Ringoblack They make a firmer model, right? The XT or something?
Wife uses them exclusively. Loves them. When we play together we have NO problem finding her ball.
I played them most of the summer. I like the green ones. Very easy to see and and the green is very easy to tell it isn't a yellow ball or dandelion. Distance is good but cover can chip easily if you hit a rock. Also after several rounds and it you wash them a lot the green color will actually fade to yellow.

I traded in some clubs for a store credit and picked up a dozen of the Yellow. They do have great distance but as others have written, they lack the check up on the green. My B330-RXS costs a bit more but IMO is a much better ball all around.
P.S. they do disappear in the leaves on the ground this fall...
I saw Bubba signed with them . Joined bandwagon when I found one for $.37 at PIAS. Liked it when playing in group since it was obvious which one was mine. I thought they were a little short of the Callaway super soft but straighter. Picked up dozen used aaaa grade of green Vivid for $27 shipped from Sunshine golf which were very good . My best swing speed is maybe mid 80s so you'd think I'd get better compression with softer ones. Not too sure that's right though because if I want longer drives I'll use a lost &found Top rock distance unless temperature is cooler . I'm thinking it is mental?
Loved the colors, thought it was far too squishy to hit with any power. I wish more manufacturers would make splashy balls. I love the soccer ball print and the different colors.
Provisional I saw Bubba signed with them
and then he ditched them.

They don't spin much is the issue, otherwise decent ball, imo.

I bought two dozen of them for visibility in the fall leaves. I thought that they didn't go as far off the club as a Callaway Chrome Soft but felt similar off of an iron. My main complaint was like you and Ringoblack said, they felt like mush off of my putter and I continuously left putts short. I believe I'll try the Wilson Duo Soft Optix balls for next fall. They look to be very bright colors also and although I've never played one, those who have played the white ones them seem to like them.
Wilson is coming out with a very low compression ball this month which will have colors very close to the Volvik for the "average" player in the $19.99 price range.
I gave them a try and didn't like the "feel" off the irons and I thought the distance off the tee resulted in a loss of about 5-10 yards. I'm glad I only had one sleeve.

I thought that the vivid color would help find ones that were trying to hide. Not for me. I can see the white balls best I've have found , but when the deep brumuda rough eats one forgetaboutit!. They are also uncanny in hiding under the smallest leaf. Our leaf fall is delayed for Indian Summer here. 85* + today. Thankfully .
I saw my ball disappear into rough on 11 on a pitiful drive today went straight to it and still took several minutes to locate but found three others in process. Found mine, went back to get club & had to search some to locate it again! Doubt I'll fool around with any more Volvic or other colors but whites.
