I'm not positive. I know that the Q-Star had it in 2013 (though I've never used those). Golf Galaxy still is selling those (2013 model). The regular Z-Star's also had/have it. I guess I'm not sure I read that the SL's did (but I thought I did when I ordered them), but they were between the Z-Star's and the Q-Stars so I can't believe they wouldn't have had it also.
What Balls do you use/like, and where do you get them?
I get my balls at Goodwill in a grab-bag for 10 to 15 cents a ball (on 50% discount). I don't really care what I am playing with, but for whatever reason I never play well with ProV1 balls.
I use Costco golf balls. I get them from Costco. And I get a hot dog.
Usually refurbished pro v1x's. If I find a deal, I'll buy them, but only Titleist. Pro V's, NXT's and just picked up 5 dozen Velocity balls for $20. Haven't tried them before.

Hammer. Usually single drills from EBay or CL, only have purchased one new from the pro shop.
Oh, sorry - scotts33 might be the only one who gets that.
Still have several dozen Top Flite D2 Feel from when Target was clearing them out for $4/box 7-8 years ago.
Top-Flight yellow--GG

I will buy a sleeve of a given ball and if I like it, I will then go online and buy a few dozen. Problem is manufacturers are always trying to make a ball new and improved which does not always work for me. I want the Titleist, wound DT ball back. My all time favorite.
I love the Nike PD soft so I have stockpiled a few dozen as they are no longer made.
Snell MTB is awesome, you can get them for cheaper if you buy a lot but I usually just wait for a sale and you get can a dozen shipped for under $30. They just had a Master's sale for $5 off a dozen no matter how many you bought. Play just as good as the top tier balls in my opinion.
I've tried them and like them, but sadly they are not available in optic yellow or yellow. Can see the yellow ones better than the white.....except in the fall.
Ringoblack I've tried them and like them, but sadly they are not available in optic yellow or yellow. Can see the yellow ones better than the white.....except in the fall.
I have a new favorite ball, the Volvik Vivid. These balls are so bright I'd bet you could seem them in a dark closet. Great feel and excellent distance. I played the green ones last week. It was amazing how much brighter these were than my bud's yello Srixons. I will be playing the pink ones today. Not the cheapest balls at $29.99 but this might be offset some by less loss. The cover seems very durable as well.
Thanks, I've never tried a Volvik, maybe I will find one.
TM Tour RBZ. Had not heard of them but found them on close out in my local sports store. 20 euros a dozen (about a quarter of the price of Pro V1) for a three-layer ball. (I usually stick to 2-layer Balls and am happy to find them at the same price)
A little extra distance off the driver, and dead straight. But the real bonus is touch off the putter. May never go back to 2-layer again.
Playing very early in the mornings, we find way more than we lose. Two 5-gallon buckets of found balls in the cart shed. Another bucket almost full at home. During the summer, we will give the balls to a church rummage sale or similar charitable function.
Have played almost exclusively found Prov's for the past few years. As the years add up, moving more to NXT Tour. Recently rec'd a dozen Srixon Z-Star and a dozen Srixon Z-Star XV. Have played one of each and really liked them.
Pretty well stuck on Titleist, though. Too many Titleist hats. Isn't it an unwritten Rule of Golf that the logo on your hat MUST match the brand of ball you play??? :>)
Usually get my golf balls from Lostgolfballs.com. I play the NXT-S in yellow. Normally buy 72 AAAA balls a year. I must be getting better or playing less because I have enough left over for this year.
all the balls I play were brand new at one point...
what do I play now?... see my name!
Playing the b330 rxs more and more and really like em.....Maybe my go-to ball now we'll see.
Reiterate that a good cheap ball is the Maxfli Revolution Control....Fairly firm for a 2 pc. ball and the cover is soft enough to get some action on the green!
Brought out the DUOs for the first time this season last Friday, reminded me why I love em.
