Yes, I can do that but because of the long/skinny nature of my lot, she'd be left with a circle too small to be worth the trouble. One of the problems with these systems is you're limited to a 360 degree transmission shape with the transmitter in the center. On a long narrow lot, it gets troublesome. I have an acre but I have to keep the transmission on my property and my neighbor's property lines are only 25 feet from my house on one side and 30' on the other. I'd have to draw a picture to show it clearly. Round target, skinny, rectangular platform.

Ideally, if I was to build a mini shed to house the transmitter in the center of our back yard, it would work. Not gonna do it.

jsippy73 Or build a nice fence enclosure.

We have 1 acre. The back yard is spacious. I think the distance from the back of the house to the river is close to 100 yards. It's just narrow. I think a fence might be our only answer.

Papa d these kits are really easy to install. You can go to most of these small tool rentals and rent a little walk behind machine that buries the wire and installs it as you walk it around the yard.

I did 400’ of wire in less then 30 minutes. You can also buy more wire at Home Depot if the kit you buy doesn’t have enough wire in it.

Thanks Jeff! How deep is the wire buried? Ive got an irrigation system and utilities to avoid.

1”-3” it just depends on how good your yard is graded. The machine doesn’t really adjust to your yard if it has changes in grade.
