Sorry you have to deal with sleep apnea. Activity sure does help.
I think a lot of sleep issues come from too much exposure to blue light from TV, phones, laptops, etc. My sleep improves when I wear blue blockers but I don't like wearing them.
Biphasic sleep is something I'm interested in. It's how sleep used to be done. I don't know who it would work for but I helieve there are plenty of people out there who would function better on that model of sleep.
Hope your sleep gets better and better. It can always get better or worse.
