fatshot Anyway, I find that the more active I am during the day (work, exercise, golfing, etc) the better I sleep at night. Yesterday I hit balls at the range, for example, and basically slept all night (pee interruption, of course). It is what it is, and I've learned to live with it. I usually get between 5-6-7 hours per night.....just interrupted
some nights.
Physical Activity is a big help for sleep. When I am humping 10 hour shifts and putting in 20,000 + steps at the golf course I sleep like a baby. We all should be doing some prolonged exercise each day anyways.....watching Netflix all afternoon and night or playing on your phone/tablet etc is probably the worst . For me I try not to eat anything after 7pm but sometimes ( like at Desert Storm and other trips when we play 36 a day ) may not eat dinner until 8 or later....just need to cut back.
I have a prescription for THC oil which works great. I dont need to take it on those days when I work at the course or when I am doing my property maintenance .
Alcohol is another bad thing to have , but where is the fun in that 😉
