We have 6 people in our group at the day job. One guy every year collects money to get the boss a GC for a restaurant. I told her I needed to Venmo the guy $20…. Jesus Christ🙄. So I said how about $10 ( nobody said how much, I’m just guessing). So…. Nothing ever went out. I emailed the guy and told him to put me in for $20 and I’ll give him $20 when I see him

Then I have no real gift suggestions for you other than some serious counseling by a professional. Had a similar problem in another lifetime and after all avenues were exhausted she is called the ex and our son’s mother - by both me and our son…Been the best 22 years since then with someone my son introduced me to and who my son calls “his mom” and his kids call her grandmom…I feel for you and will throw a prayer your direction…

raggmann54 Sounds familiar to me and I call her the same thing. My oldest daughter hasn't spoken to her in 7 years. For me it's been over 10.

Rickochet What’s funny is when I worked at Pepsi we had an item that came in a bottle. After a year or so we started carrying it in a can. A little smaller size but much cheaper. I used to be able to go into my foodservice accounts and with a straight face go through that exact bit…. I’d talk to both the women and men if they would like to get it in the can. I wouldn’t crack and they wouldn’t know what to do because I could tell they were dying.

She came to the pro shop one time and the older guy that works there was outside having a cigarette. He has never met her. She passes the putting green coming to the walkway and he says, “ looking for a gift card?” She says, “ why the fuck do you think I’d want a gift card?”
