Dropped sharply to 8 bucks a dozen? Still drastically overpriced in my opinion.

    Par4QC I was making an omelet yesterday and used the last x-large egg I had and two large eggs. When cracked into a bowl side-by-side I was a bit startled to notice that the yolk of the x-large was at least 50% bigger than the large ones next to it.

      johnnydoom It will settle down. But maybe not if people keep paying what they are asking now. Demand and all that.
      Last time prices on eggs jumped, it only lasted a month before they were back to 'normal' prices. At least in my area. Went from $7 back to under $2.

          That's not the worst part for me. 1 eye is now near-sighted, the other far-sighted. I don't even know how I can be typing words that are spelled correctly. I have to go back several times and edit.
          Tried taking 1 lense out of my glasses, but the new eye overrides all things on Earth.
          Can't wait til next Tuesday.

          I'm lucky in the fact that after any surgery I've had no pain whatsoever. I do have the pain prior though, for sure.

                  I live mid block. Last night I looked down the street(no glasses on) and the stop sign was clear as a bell, after dark! I closed the good eye and could barely even see the sign. With glasses on! That's the diff I'm going to have. Not sure how that's going to work when hitting balls.

                      rsvman2 We used to live across the street from a family that had chickens, even exotic ones that they brought to shows. We used to feed them when they went away on vacation and they gave us eggs every week. Guess we should not have moved lol.

                        candukid And here I thought he was gonna bring down the cost of groceries instead of wrecking the economy.
