What the heck is going on with bread and toilet paper?

A square of toilet paper is now the size of a credit card. Are you serious? How am I supposed to wipe my ass with that? Do we suddenly have a deforestation problem that I'm not aware of?

And anyone notice that a slice of bread is half the size it used to be? You can't even make a decent sandwich anymore with the meat and shit hanging out of both sides.

Not cheap by my standards, but big and lasts quite some time(not get stale in a couple days).

Then there is a brand called....this IS typed correctly....'Bimbo' bread. Large slices, mid priced.

I'm gonna try to respect your wish... it's "downsizing". Happening in many ways. Same packaging but read the fine print, if you're not getting old and the font's too small.
You want better bread? Support an ex-con - "Dave's Killer Bread" - "White Bread Done Right". It's the best. But it's not cheap.

As for your bread issue, its not just bread, everything is getting smaller for more money. If you like bread so much, buy a breadmaker - super easy to use and nothing better than waking up to the smell of fresh bread!

shokosugi Or make it from scratch with a regular stand mixer. It can even be done by hand.
I make all our bread, and have for a few years now. Never going back to store bread.

Certainly from scratch is a way to go with a mixer or just knead by hand which is what I often do to since I don't have a mixer. A breadmaker for those who don't know is a really easy way to make bread - literally just takes a minute or two to put a few ingredients in the machine and then in about 90 minutes to 2 hours the bread is done!

Is it illegal, once you are behind the fifth car, in your short commute, to gently nudge their car into the intersection because they're texting when the light changes. Is there a little greater tolerance when you're in the cross-traffic lane and the green arrow's rather short in duration?
