The Complaint Thread
"The Complaint Thread",
Don't get me started. lol
Didn’t realize bread and toilet paper got smaller, I thought my hands were getting bigger.
Is it illegal, once you are behind the fifth car, in your short commute, to gently nudge their car into the intersection because they're texting when the light changes. Is there a little greater tolerance when you're in the cross-traffic lane and the green arrow's rather short in duration?
Drive your car and put your damn cell phone down!
You're supposed to wipe after ?
Oops
No complaints....
Mmmm....fresh baked bread...
Definitely have them!
Don't water our brand new bent grass greens with the same water from a pond you just
used a chemical in to kill the algae/moss in that pond!!!!
Totally F'd up all the greens on the front 9.
1:18, the wind.
My beer was too darn cold today! WTH?!
Can we have a rule that requires all 4-somes to complete their round in 4 hours or under? Violation results in body parts amputated.
sdandrea1 When it comes right down to it, it is not players that determine pace of play/how long it takes.
It is management at the courses fault. Marshalls are seen as jokes because everyone knows they work cheap and mainly for free play. How is 1 person going to make 4 people quit and get off the course because they are slow?
Get 'true' Marshalls!! ...... "Hurry the fuck up or Ima kill yer ass!!"
I would love that world too but unfortunately there are too many stupid people in the world and some of them are golfers. Common sense eludes many people in the real world and this extends to the golf course too. You don't have to play well to play fast. We play from the tips and walk and we are always faster than 99% of the groups out there. We play ready golf, don't take forever looking for balls (especially if there are people behind us), park our carts/bags at the back of the green rather than the front when putting and don't take forever to line up a 3 foot putt. Granted we generally play a skins game so there are times when the hole has been conceded, someone may not need to finish the hole so we do save time there.

4 hours seems ambitious. Every round I have played this year seems to be taking between 4.5 and 5 hours. Way too many golfers locally right now who don't know etiquette. Tee times are still at a premium at many places and even the rain doesn't keep people away. My group used to be the minority when we played in the rain, now its the norm. Damn covid!
backinit
No such thing as Beer being too cold...Now, Beer being too warm, that's a thing...

How I feel when the rare moment occurs that I actually am executing a few shots, i.e. feel a sense of rhythm in my game which gets snuffed out whilst waiting and waiting. The game's hard enough to remember to focus on "next shot" let alone allowing the aggravation of waiting seep into my cranium.
