Other Olympic stuff besides golf
I just watched a bit of the Braking "competition." This is an Olympic competition? What's next?
Rickochet Don't worry. They have already said that it won't be continued in 2028. So I guess it was one and done.
Having said that, I watched about 45 seconds of one guy and essentially he was doing the exact same thing the gymnasts do on the pommel horse, but on the ground, instead.
I really don't get the pommel horse. I mean, I guess they could all get medals for not killing the family jewels on that thing, but really... what is the point? whose idea was it?
Lose breaking, but get to look forward to flag football in 2028. Then, maybe, ultimate frisbee in 2032, checkers in 2036, and knitting in 2040?
Looks like she has to give her bronze medal back...WHAT A TOTAL MESS!!!

johnnydoom I just watched a replay of the women’s Breaking gold medal match won by Japan. Break dancing seems like a strange addition, but is every bit as athletic and artistic as long accepted Olympic competitions
I watched the men's bronze medal match and they were incredible! Better athletes than 75% of the other sports.
No disrespect to the competitors but I just cant get my head around breakdancing as an Olympic Sport. Thankfully just a one off
I guess we now know why Tom Cruise was at the Olympics.....
He had to pick something up!
